These include the Emmy nominated Discovery Film "The Flight That Fought Back", about Flight 93, which was involved in the 9/11 terror attacks; “Inferno 999” (a series for Five); a 3-part special for ITV1 - “Half Ton Hospital”; 2 of the “In The Womb” series for Ch4 & National Geographic”; A BBC1 Timewatch documentary “Unlocking The Great Pyramid” and two Ch4 films: "Brinks Mat - The Greatest Heist" & "Sex, Footballers & Videotape”. Other work includes several documentaries for SKY TV; scores for Manga Films; an award winning anti-drugs campaign for German television & cinema; a BBC1 series “The Big Questions”, and much music for the corporate & advertising industries, including: Unilever, Barclay’s Bank, Sony, Seaworld and everything from cat food to cosmetics, with most things in between (please view the credits for a comprehensive and up-to-date list). As well as music to picture, Gavin is also much in demand with music library production. He writes for West One Music & Liftmusic Ltd, the Über-cool alternative library company, appearing on several of their compilation albums. 2008 saw the release of his own album, “Ear Candy” (LIFT 035) featuring an eclectic mix of material. 2008 also saw the release of the album "Crime Scene" for KPM Music Ltd as one half of the ‘Harmonic Zoo’ production team, and 2009 sees a release for Absolute Music with “Chaotic World”. Further albums are in production. Classically trained, followed by a career spent on the road & in the studio means Gavin is now highly versatile and adept at all genres & styles – from brain twisting electronica through epic orchestral soundscapes via dark atmospheres.
